Jerzy Drozd Excellency V "Deep Plum"
Here we have a different "formula" from Jerzy , designed to provided
a different voice via the woods used.
Body : Swamp Ash wings with Maple center block
Neck : 35" scale Wenge neck with a Maple fretboard.

This bass features Jerzy's split single coil noise-free pickups with
an Aguilar 3 band EQ with mid select switch.
I have asked Jerzy to include a passive tone on many of or new basses.
This is a great fine tune adjustment to be used after setting the 3 band EQ
35" scale neck with Kingwood fretboard.
Very useful.

About this bass' voice , a little bit woodier , more raw and dry.
I attribute this primarily to the neck woods, Wenge neck and Maple
board.
