What nature of bass is this ?
I think of a piccolo bass as a 4 string tuned an octave above a 4
string bass. like the bottom 4 strings of a guitar.
This beast is tuned like a guitar, an octave below, so the bottom 4
strings ARE tuned like a 4 normal string bass.

This instrument is most like the Fender Bass VI or Musicman.
Silhouette Baritone.
The scale is 29".
The neck and body core are Mahogany.
The top and back are 3D Quilt Maple
Notice the Walnut center block on the back.
The fretboard is Cocobolo.

This bass is a gas, with a unique voice.
